How do I post my carousel to Instagram?
Tap Export → Save to Photos. The slides are saved in order. In Instagram tap +, choose Post, tap the multi-select icon and pick the slides in the same order (1, 2, 3…). Or use Share to Instagram from the export screen.
Can I use portrait and landscape photos together?
Yes. With Frames match photo shape on (Layout tool), each frame takes its photo’s shape. Hero + Grid is designed for a mix.
How do I move or resize a photo’s frame?
In layouts marked “Frames can move”, tap a photo, switch the toolbar to Move, then drag the frame or pinch to resize. Put moved frames back in the Layout tool resets them.
Why does Timeline show numbers instead of dates?
Dates come from each photo’s “date taken”. Screenshots and some edited or downloaded photos don’t have one — those show their number. You can also switch Use photo dates off in the Layout tool.
How do I remove the watermark?
Subscribe to Seamstory Pro from Go Pro on the home screen. The mark disappears from every new export.
I reinstalled the app or got a new phone — how do I get Pro back?
Open Go Pro and tap Restore purchases while signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account.
How do I cancel Seamstory Pro?
iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Seamstory → Cancel. Android: Play Store → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Seamstory → Cancel. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
Refunds
Purchases are handled by Apple and Google. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com (iPhone) or through Google Play (Android).
Where are my projects stored?
Only on your phone, inside the app. Nothing is uploaded. Deleting the app deletes your projects, so save finished slides to Photos.
